Systems like our booking platform (a customer portal, a back office and several kinds of users) usually start around €10,000, and larger platforms with more teams and integrations cost more. Every project gets a written quote with scope, price and dates before we start, and the price does not change if we take longer.

You do. The code is yours, and the database and hosting run in accounts you control, so you are never locked in and there is no license fee to us. It is built on a mainstream stack, so another engineer can take it over.
