Pricing

Priced to fit the project.

Every project is different, so every quote is too. Choose what you want to build to see roughly what to expect. The real number comes in writing after a short call, and once agreed it does not change.

What do you want to build?

A customer portal or booking system

Customers book, upload documents and pay, and your team runs everything from a back office.

  • Roles, approvals and notifications
  • Documents and online payments

What moves the price

Four things decide where a project lands.

We tell you which ones apply to you on the first call, so the quote is never a surprise.

Kinds of users

A customer portal plus a staff back office is more than a single internal tool. Each extra role means more screens and more rules.

Integrations

Every system we connect to, such as accounting, email or an existing database, adds design and testing work.

Rules and workflows

Simple lists are cheap. Approvals, pricing rules, documents that must be complete before the next step: those take longer.

Data to bring across

Moving years of history out of spreadsheets is real work, and it is worth doing properly.

How we quote

A 30-minute call, then a written quote.

The quote arrives within 3 working days of the call, with scope, price and dates. If it does not fit, you have lost 30 minutes and gained a clearer idea of what you need.

Is the price really fixed?

Once you have agreed a written quote, yes. It covers scope, price and dates. If we take longer than planned, that is our cost, not yours. If you change the scope, we agree the new price before doing the work.

Why do you not bill by the hour?

Hourly billing rewards slowness and makes your budget a guess. We would rather agree the outcome and the price up front, and be judged on delivering it.

Why is there no price list?

Because a booking system for two kinds of users and one for six are very different projects. The guide above shows what to expect. The real number comes after a short conversation, so it fits your project instead of an average one.

Are prices in euro or dollars?

Figures on this site are in euro. If you would like the quote in another currency, ask when you get in touch.

What is not included?

Changes after handover are not included unless you are on a care plan, from €400 a month. Third-party fees, such as hosting or payment processing, are paid by you directly and are usually small.

One sentence is enough. We come back with a few questions, then a written quote.
